IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE Five Card PLO Calculator ("THE APP"). THIS EULA IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("YOU" OR "YOUR") AND Hauenschild Solutions, THE DEVELOPER OF THE APP ("WE," "US," OR "OUR"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE APP.

1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. The license is hardware based. It cannot be used on more than one device. Resetting or changing your device will require purchase of another license of our product.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App;
b. Copy, distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App;
c. Use the App for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling access to the App or using the App for the benefit of any third party;
d. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the App;
e. Use the App in any way that could interfere with the rights of third parties, including the use of the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of [Your Company Name]. This EULA does not convey any ownership interest in the App or any intellectual property rights thereto.

4. PRIVACY
By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which can be found at [provide link]. You acknowledge and agree that we may collect, use, and disclose information about your use of the App as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL Hauenschild Solutions BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate this EULA at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
